Here I am after week two weigh in.

I lost 2.7kg and 5cm from my waist

I had my blood pressure checked as well today though that is high I have been having high blood pressure most of this year. So we will keep an eye on it.

The 2nd week was good, I had alot of stress with my inner family so I am pleased I stuck to my TF when everything was getting on top of me.

Food wise I am keen to try new meals and searching for new ways with what we can eat.

Anyway just thought I would say hello.

Week 1. 1.9kg and 2cm from waist

Week 2. 2.7kg and 5cm from waist

The best measurement tool of all turns out to be your very own eyes. How do you look? How do you feel? How do your clothes fit? Are your rings looser? Do your muscles feel firmer? These are the true measurements of success. If you are exercising and eating right, don’t be discouraged by a small gain on the scale. Fluctuations are perfectly normal. Expect them to happen and take them in stride. It’s a matter of mind over scale.

Great work - you must be pleased with your loss to date - well done.

There's a compilation of recipes in the recipe section - prints out to about 14 pages - and there are some great ones so that might give you some ideas...
