I am on the Biggest loser web page and noticing that there is a lot more variety in the foods and that bread is included

I am yet to see the new TF diet plan ( Progress)

However, I will stay with TF as I find the support system in place excellent, I love the shakes and am creating some amazing( if I do say so myself) recipes and meals

I also was quite surprised that there was another cost involved in accessing a lot of the members webpage on Biggest loser\(don't get any ideas Tony )/ lol

Keep supplying the motivation please

I've tried Ultra Slim before but I found the powder never mixed well & as for the taste it was horrible compared to TF shakes ! I'm so happy with the TF shakes they are really satisfying & taste great !!

I have tried ultra slim and it does not mix well at all its clumpy and you have to force it down.  So you very quickly loose the desire to keep doing it.

I was very suprised how nice the tony ferguson shakes mix and how pleasant they are to drink.  I also find it rinses out of the container fine unlike the Ultra Slim which stuck to it and was disgusting.  With TF I am disapointed when the shake is finished as its so good I want more but with Ultra Slim it was hard to drink it all.

Hi,

Just wanted to clear up that Ultraslim and Ultralite are very different programs.

Not sure about Ultraslim but Ultralite is a program where you have 20-30g of carbs a day (made up mainly of fruit & veg), protein serves plus 4 or 5 sachets of their mix (mixed with water , hotorcold), you go and get weighed etc at and Ultralite consultants.

I have tried a few other diet shakes but I think TF outweighs all of them. It fills you up more and you don't head for the biscuit tin.

cheers

I did ultraslim about 7 years ago now (oh, maybe more??) and I have to say it tastes disgusting. i can still remember a feeling like slime going down my throat and an after taste like off metal (the best I can describe it). Not doing that again!

Ultralite was ok, but I found the carbs were too high for me to lose weight because of insulin resistance. I've tried a few others and at the end of the day, they are all basically the same idea and similar programme. I just prefer this one because its easy, I like the shakes and you get better support though the cook books and such.

I don't know what you did with the Ultra Slim but when I was on it I mixed it with a stick blender & had no problem with it not mixing properly & the Choc & Cappuccino  tasted just great

TF shakes much much better taste than ultra slim and no aftertaste.
To stop the hunger pains I ad a teaspoon of lupin8 to the shakes. Also use it in tf soups as well in the same amount.
i cannot believe how quickly it has taken me to reach my goal and without all the hunger pains i really put it down to putting the lupin8 in the tf shakes. Was not achieving the results before adding the lupin8 check it out they have a website www.lupin8.com

It feels really great if you can lose weight whether you take weight loss supplements or not. It makes you feel emotionally charged up.

I decided to try ClubOptislim the shakes because they were cheaper and I am having a cash flow problem, but they taste disgusting, so I am going to try and work my budget to allow for the cost of the shakes per week.  Because i believe that TF tastes better and gives you lasting satisfaction.  i do like the cluboptislim website though.

cheers
